All attendees of ISPC 2026 are welcome to submit abstracts for poster presentations. Please note that no oral presentations will be offered, and only poster presentations by general participants will be accepted.
We are pleased to introduce the newly established Student Presentation Award in addition to the regular International Symposium for Process Chemistry Award (ISPC Award), which continues from previous international symposia. The Student Presentation Award is open to all presentations given by students, and applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students on the day of the presentation; postdoctoral researchers are not eligible.
First, please read all the information on this page. Next, create the abstract and graphical abstract, and then begin your application.
The presentation application involves two steps: (1) Registration of presentation details and (2) Submission of abstract and graphical abstract.
Those wishing to give presentations are first required to click the “Registration of Presentation Details” below and fill out their presentation details. Once your registration is completed, a confirmation e-mail containing your "ID" and "Password" will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided (If you don't receive the e-mail, please contact the ISPC2026 Secretariat using the e-mail address below). Then please submit your abstract and graphical abstract using the “Submit / Update Abstract & Graphical File” button at the bottom of this page.
You can change or modify your application contents, such as presentation details, abstract, and graphical abstract at any time during the application period. However, no changes can be made after the application deadline. Your ID and Password are required for these changes and modifications.
The abstracts will be published on June 24, 2026, and registered participants will be able to download the PDF version of the abstract book.
ISPC 2026では、参加者の皆様からポスター発表の要旨を募集します。今回のシンポジウムでは一般参加者による口頭発表は無く、ポスター発表のみとなりますので予めご了承ください。
また、これまでの国際シンポジウムで実施してきた「International Symposium for Process Chemistry Award（ISPC Award）」に加え、今回新たに「Student Presentation Award」を設けました。この賞は学生によるすべての発表を対象とし、応募者は発表当日、学部生または大学院生であることが条件となります（ポスドクは対象外です）。
まず、このページのすべての情報を読んでください。次に、アブストラクトとグラフィカルアブストラクトを作成し、その後に発表申し込みを開始してください。
発表申し込みは、発表情報登録と要旨/グラフィカルアブストラクトの提出の２段階になっています。 発表を希望される方は、まず下の発表情報登録をクリックして必要事項を記入してください。登録が完了すると、「ID」と「パスワード」を含む確認メールが、ご入力頂いたメールアドレス宛に自動的に送信されます(メールが届かない場合は、事務局までお問い合わせください)。その後、アブストラクトとグラフィカルアブストラクトを本ページ下部の「Submit / Update Abstract & Graphical File」ボタンからご提出ください。
申込期間中であれば登録内容、アブストラクト、グラフィカルアブストラクトの変更や修正が可能ですが、申込締切後はできません。変更・修正にはIDとパスワードが必要です。
要旨集は2026年6月24日に公開されます（この日から、登録済みの参加者は要旨集のPDF版をダウンロードできるようになります）。

Outline for Abstract Preparation
要旨作成の概要
Please prepare your presentation abstract in accordance with the following instructions.
Although not mandatory, the use of the “Sample Abstract” provided below as a template is recommended. You can delete the colored characters, boxes and arrows, and overwrite the text, Scheme/Figure, and references to facilitate preparation.
Past ISPC abstract collections are available online for reference.
Abstract Specifications
- Paper size: A4, one page
- Margins: top 35 mm, bottom 25 mm, left/right 20 mm (strictly observed)
- Font: Times New Roman or equivalent font
- Title: 12 point, bold
- Body text: 11 point
- Color graphics: The abstract will be included in both the printed abstract book and its PDF version. Color graphics may be used in the PDF, but please note that the printed booklet will appear in black and white.
After completing your abstract in Microsoft Word, convert it into a PDF file. Please ensure that all fonts are embedded to avoid character corruption.
In addition, please prepare a graphical abstract following the instructions provided in the separate file, named “Sample Graphical Abstract”.
下記のガイドラインに従って，発表用アブストラクトを作成してください。
必須ではありませんが，“Sample Abstract” をテンプレートとして利用することを推奨します。テンプレートの色付き文字、テキストボックスや矢印などを削除し，文章、図、引用文献などを上書きすることで，要旨が容易に作成できます。過去の ISPC 抄録集はオンラインで参照できます。

- 用紙サイズ： A4, 1ページ
- 余白： 上35mm，下25mm，左右各20mm（厳守）
- フォント： Times New Roman または同等のフォント
- タイトル： 12ポイント, 太字
- 本文： 11ポイント
- カラー画像： アブストラクトは、印刷版要旨集とそのPDF版の両方に掲載されます。PDF版ではカラー画像を使用できますが、印刷版は白黒で表示されますのでご注意ください。
Wordで要旨を作成した後、PDFファイルに変換してください。文字化けを防ぐため，フォントはファイルに埋め込んでください。
また、グラフィカルアブストラクトの作成もお願いします。詳細は別ファイル“Sample Graphical Abstract”に示された注意書きをご参照ください。
Submission of a Presentation Abstract and a Graphical Abstract

Please upload the PDF file of an abstract with a file name composed of your ID and “abstract”, for example, "070abstract.pdf", and the graphical abstract with a file name composed of your ID and G, for example, "070G.pdf”.
The deadline for registration and abstract/graphical abstract submission:
Noon on April 27, 2026 (JST).
The ID and Password are required for submission of a presentation abstract and graphical abstract.
要旨のPDFファイルは、IDに「abstract」を組み合わせたファイル名を付けてアップロードしてください（例："070abstract.pdf"）。また、グラフィカルアブストラクトは、IDに「G」を組み合わせたファイル名をつけてアップロードしてください（例："070G.pdf"）。
